Asabakehouse attendant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the bakehouse. Your responsibilities include customer service, crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages and contributing to the overall success of the bakehouse by ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient service. Execute the processing of customer orders, including coffee, food, and other menu items. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Summarize patterns for management. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a clean and organized cafe space. Manage inventory levels of cafe supplies, restocking and detailing what needs reordering as needed. Collaborate with upper management to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Stay informed about the cafe menu items and ingredients Train other staff (restaurant and bar) to effectively communicate menu offerings and upsell when appropriate. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and quality standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment. Maintain a stock of required coffee syrups and other products required to make all menu items
